Q: Why cant I connect?
A: You may need to upgrade to the newest version of AVpod. You can download the newest version here.
Still Cant Connect? You may need to update or download Direct X.

Q: How do I change the color of my name and get one of those cool icons?
A: If you don't have an AVpod paid member account, please click here to get one.
If you already have an account, all you need to do is left click your name and go down the menu and select 'Change member icon' or 'Change member color'.

Q: How do I create my own room?
A: Great! We're glad youre interested in creating your own room! The first step to create your own room is to decide on a room name. Once you have decided on the room name, simply click the 'Create' button located on the right hand side of AVpod and just above the lobby text.
After you have created your own room, you may consider buying your own static room. A static room allows you to keep your room open 24/7! Even when you're not there! Check out more info on AVpod Static Rooms here.

Q: How do I join a member created room?
A: There are 2 ways to join a member created room. The first way, just simply double click on the user room that you would like to join. The second way to join a room is to single click on the room of your choice and then click the 'Join' button directly above the text input area.

Q: I lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
A: To retrieve your lost or stolen password you can request it to be sent to you via email. We will send your password to the email you used when you created your account on AVpod. Please visit www.avpod.net/help/password.html
