We've made chatting and playing games on avpod.net simple, but since we're dealing with computers and the Internet, someone's going to hit a snag. Here in the avpod.net help section we've gathered up solutions to some of the most common problems.

The Help Menu which is the menu below, is your key to navigating around. Although we try to make the selection self-explanatory, it is sometimes difficult to understand what the menu items mean! So we have provided this list to help explain what the help menu items mean.

Sage Program!
We all remember the Mplayer Sage Program! Well its back and better than ever! Here at AVpod.net we believe in preserving the Mplayer way, so we decided to bring the sage program to our service. If you would like to become a Sage and help us make AVpod a better service and are older than 18, possess good judgment and wisdom, then click here for details.

Help Menu

• Tutorial - this is a good place to start after installing the AVpod client. This section provides quick overview on getting started.

• Online Guide - this is probably the most important section for newbies. This section explains the ins and outs of avpod.net as well as explaining the software.

• F.A.Q. - this section contains the most frequently asked questions at avpod.net.

• Live Support! - receive live support from official AVpod.net customer service reps in our java based chat applet. 24/7!

In addition to our staff, AVpod.net has a number of volunteers, called Sages, which are there to assist you with our service. They are members, just like you, who can help you navigate around, troubleshoot your system, and answer questions you may have about AVpod.net. Sages can be found in most Lobbies, as well as you can reach a Sage by paging them pretty darn near 24 hours a day (even the most dedicated members have to catch a catnap now and again. =)
